Live on the
Golden Stage

End Notes is a sweeping jazz collective of musicians that has grown out of a series of residencies over the last 6 years in various landmark Sydney venues, now returning for a late night set on the Golden Age stage.
Led by bass player Edward Lyons, the band in its various forms places an emphasis on high energy group improvisation whether it be performing contemporary reinterpretations of Jazz, Brazilian, Afro and Latin classics or shining a light on the lesser known artists, labels and tunes.
Normally an ensemble of 9 or more, this residency will see different iterations of the group perform as a series of trios, exploring the space with different combinations of instruments, offering an engaging Sunday soundscape.
